Our aim is to ensure that you find success and enjoyment from your garden and the plants that you purchase from us. Included with the guarantee are planting and care guidelines, which are important to follow to help you achieve success.

As part of our continual process of monitoring and improving quality and service, should you have a failure we will try and identify the reasons that caused it in order to ensure success with the replacement.
