The Staff

At our garden centres we have a fantastic team of staff with a broad and deep knowledge of gardening. The combined experience of the team is well over 300 years! We enjoy giving advice to our customers so that the plants or products chosen are the right ones for you.

We support and encourage our staff by offering continuous training and development and this means that they are up-to-date with the latest gardening techniques and ideas. Typically our staff attend courses such as; The Horticultural Trades Association Retail Plant and Shop Care Awards, RHS Diploma/Certificates and the Garden Care Certificate of Competence and many others run by suppliers and manufacturers.

This positive attitude runs throughout our team - they are forward-looking, keen to learn and ready to share their knowledge.
