I just wanted to say how impressed I have been with your services this week - I always am anyway but especially this week!!!

After watching a recording of the Great British Food Revival last weekend, my husband decided it would be nice to have a fruiting cherry tree. I came in on Tuesday and spoke to Malcolm who recommended and picked one out for me. He enquired about having it delivered, which I hadn’t thought about and was a very good idea. The tree was duly delivered this morning at 7.50 a.m. by a very nice driver on a cold, frosty and foggy morning. Furthermore, not only was delivery ‘free’ but I was able to take advantage of your Half Price Offer and we both just wanted to say THANK YOU.

It was Malcolm who also helped me with the purchase of a Pear Tree and year or two or three ago (!) which last year gave us a fantastic crop.

I have been in numerous times this month to make purchases and no doubt I’ll be in again before the end of the month and continually throughout the coming year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is with great pleasure that I am writing on behalf of everyone at Weldmar Hospicecare Trust to thank you for inviting us back to Castle Gardens again this year to hold our Light Up A Life Service. This service means a great deal to those who attend and to those who dedicate lights on the tree and we are truly grateful to you for so kindly supporting us in this way.

Thankyou also for supplying and lighting the tree and for serving hot drinks and mince pies to everyone. The tree looked so beautiful shining in the darkness and those to whom I have spoken since have all said how much they enjoyed the service and how much it meant to them.


Weldmar Hospicecare Trust

We would like to thank you very much for your recent kind donation of the daffodil and spring bulbs.
The boys will have great fun and enjoyment planting them in our garden. As they plant the bulbs and watch them grow they will learn much from the experience and gain further pleasure every year as the bulbs flower in spring time.
All forms of donations recieved help in some way and can be directed toward providing much needed specialist learning and further enhancement to the wellbeing and development in the boys.
Your support and generosity is greatly appreciated by all the governors, staff and pupils and we hope our bisuness relationship may continue to flourish.

I am writing to let you know how much we enjoyed our visit to the garden centre yesterday. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our time with you. Tony's talk was just what we neded, plenty of information and delivered with clarity and humour. I know that many of our m embers appreciated the opportunity to pick his brains about their houseplants.

Ron's menu was absolutely delicous and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Please pass on our thanks to Tony, Ron and all of the restaurant staff who served us so well.

Everyone was impressed by your Christmas grotto. Three of the ladies think they saw the judge so made loud comments regarding the quality of the goods and the beauty of the arrangements! I do hope you win the competition. Please let us know if you do.

'Thank you' to everyone at Castle Gardens for the superb evening last night. As usual you surpassed yourselves with all the arrangements - the food, drink and organisation were absolutely excellent with all the staff working hard to make the evening go so well. And Illyria were on top form as well. It never ceases to amaze us how they manage to remember all their lines and which role they are playing at any one time. A really enjoyable evening - please pass on our thanks to everyone concerned.

The Gold Club Summer Party was fantastic! The hospitality was amazing. Illyria gave such a good performance. The venue was perfection as the moon shone down over the trees! Great evening.

I so enjoyed last night that I wanted to convey my thanks to you and all your staff. It was yet another example of the very high standard of customer service that you and your staff provide .

Penny had clearly put in a lot of effort well before the day, and last night she and all the Castle Gardens staff worked tirelessly and with constant smiles to ensure that we were exceptionally well catered for and provided with a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

I am a member of the Gold club, despite being a dreadful gardener, but I have aspirations to improve and during the last year have always been met with helpful and supportive advice from everyone in the garden and a warm welcome from the Walled Garden staff.

As a retired headteacher , I am aware how important it is to have staff who work well as a team and see themselves as part of the wider community. You and your staff have an outstanding reputation in Sherborne for exhibiting those qualities, which was demonstrated again last night.

I know that The Gardens Group receives many awards from the industry, but I just wanted to say thank you and well done , as a very satisfied customer. I hope that you will pass on my thanks to everyone in your team.
